ORONO, Maine (AP) — University of Maine football coach Jack Cosgrove has agreed to a new three-year contract that will keep him at the university through June 2016. Cosgrove just completed his 20th year as the Black Bears' head coach and holds the school record for most wins, with 111. His base salary for the contract will be $186,995 a year. Cosgrove has led the team to four NCAA playoffs, most recently in 2011, and two conference championships. He's a 1978 graduate of UMaine, where he was an all-conference quarterback. He is now in the final year of a five-year contract.
