Another Alabama field goal attempt went terribly wrong on the Plains.

After a potentially go-ahead touchdown catch was overturned with a video review, Andy Pappanastos lined up for a 35-yard try that would've brought the top-ranked Crimson Tide within 20-17.

The snap was bad and holder JK Scott couldn't get the ball set up in time to make the kick. Scott took off running and threw a desperation pass to Pappanastos, who was thrown for a 9-yard loss.

Compounding Alabama's woes, No. 6 Auburn drove right down the field for a touchdown that stretched its lead to 26-14 early in the fourth quarter.

Of course, it was four years ago that the Crimson Tide went for a game-winning field goal on the final play of the game. The kick came up short, and Auburn returned it 109 yards for the winning touchdown.

The play will forever be known as Kick Six.
