There were quite a few cool moments as 21 Colorado seniors were recognized before their final home game against Southern Cal on Saturday.
For one, there was the proposal as linebacker Trent Headley dropped to a knee and asked cheerleader Lizzie Trujillo to marry him.
She said yes.

"I had no idea. I'm still in shock," Trujillo said. "I took my ring off and gave it to my coach, just to be safe and keep it protected."
There was also the show of solidarity as numerous players wrote No. 25 on their arm in black marker. That's in honor of senior safety Ryan Moeller, who's banged up and didn't play in his final game at Folsom Field.
Fan favorite Phillip Lindsay galloped out to a roaring applause with his trademark hair bouncing.
Not to be overlooked was linebacker Derek McCartney, who jogged over to his relatives that included longtime Colorado coach Bill McCartney.
"Derek is the complete package _ a tremendous student, very humble, he's a leader and a great competitor," McCartney said. "He's the whole deal. I expect him to play on the next level."
