Fans willing and able to wait until the last minute to watch a College Football Playoff game in person got some great deals on the secondary market. Four-plus hours before Ohio State faced Clemson in the Fiesta Bowl, up to four lower-level seats on the sideline, close to an end zone, were listed for $175 each.

Even at the last minute, Alabama and Washington fans had to pay more to watch them play. Peach Bowl tickets were available about 30 minutes before kickoff for as low as $134 for up to six upper-end zone seats. A pair of tickets in the lower level near the 30-yard line were listed for $300 each plus $155 in fees, bringing the total to $750 for two of the better seats in the house from StubHub.
