The Ducks open the season gunning for a third-straight Pac-12 championship. The Bulldogs already started the season with a 45-0 victory over Connecticut. Fresno State hasn't played a ranked opponent since 2018.
After blanking UConn, Fresno State faces an altogether different challenge in Oregon's offense, especially the running game. The duo of CJ Verdell and Travis Dye have rushed for a combined 4,363 yards, most of any retuning pair at the FBS level. Oregon ranked second in the league last season in total offense with 2,890 yards per game, and fourth in rushing offense with 1,167 yards per game.
