Shaun Dion Hamilton is once again sidelined for a national championship game.
The standout Alabama linebacker has had the past two seasons ended by injuries to his right knee. He posted about the situation on Twitter hours before the title game against Georgia.

Hamilton was injured this time in a 24-10 win over LSU, the biggest loss in a season when Alabama's linebackers have been hit hard.
One of the Tide's defensive signal callers, Hamilton was second on the team in tackles at the time. The senior was also injured in last year's Southeastern Conference championship game.
