STANFORD, Calif. (AP) — Stanford safety Justin Reid will skip his senior season to enter the NFL draft. Reid announced his decision Tuesday, calling his time at Stanford some of the best years of his life.
Reid was a second-team All-American this season. He had five interceptions, six pass breakups and 99 tackles, including 6 1/2 for a loss.
Reid is the younger brother of San Francisco 49ers safety Eric Reid, who is eligible for free agency this offseason.
